GETTING STARTED – GAP ANALYSIS
A GAP analysis is a process undertaken by a professional Investrend consultant to review your current business management systems, spending as much time as is needed with you, and assessing you against the relevant ISO Standard/s. Upon completion, you will get a clear, written report that summarises your status, tells you which requirements you meet (and which you don’t) for the relevant ISO Standard/s for which you are applying, how big your Gaps are, and list the tasks needed to close these Gaps to reach the ISO benchmark.
QUOTATIONS
Once you have an Investrend prepared GAP Analysis, you will receive a firm fixed price quotation; we believe that as we are experts in our own field, we are able to determine exactly the total costs to you for the entire certification process. This does not simply detail the cost of initial consulting and certification but the total for the three year certification period; this is presented in a year-by-year format to assist with planning. You are therefore not left in any doubt as to the true cost of certification with Investrend Certifications.
