The IDS Receivables Management Program offers clients the opportunity to refer to IDS those accounts which become immediately overdue for payment.

The outsourcing of these receivable accounts allows clients to minimise their internal collection and recovery costs, while still maintaining a customer service approach to members of an existing customer base.
